Since being established in 1949 Brook Welding have specialised in delivering machined fabrications in mild, high carbon & carbon manganese steels that are normally 3.1 or 3.2 certified. Based in the West Midlands, we work with a wide range of industries across the whole of the UK. Our site has a crane capacity of 60 tonnes and enough shop space to fabricate and weld multiple, large-scale projects.

To do this, we have invested heavily in acquiring all of the industrial processes required by our clients. Carrying out the whole process at one site means we can guarantee quality throughout the entire project –from the steel arriving as certified plate all the way through to delivery as a stress relieved, machined, shot blasted and painted fabrication. Our system cuts down on transportation for large items; further reducing the client cost and cutting down on the fabrications carbon footprint.

Over the decades we have worked hand in hand with a number of companies in industries such as offshore oil & gas, subsea, nuclear, renewable energy, aerospace right through to plant and machinery manufacturers. This has given us an appreciation that no two industries are the same – small details make all the difference when it comes to the quality of the final product. Based on this understanding, we tailor our quality package and documentation packs to suit each client’s unique needs. We are ISO 9001 & BS EN 1090 EXC 3 accredited and hold a wide range of BS EN 288, BS EN ISO 15614-1 & ASME IX welding procedures, as well as BS EN 287-1, BS EN ISO 9606-1 & ASME IX welder approvals.

No project is too big or too small, from a 1kg bracket to a 150 tonne Aerospace test rig. We can also offer subcontract machining, subcontract thermal stress relief, subcontract shot blasting and subcontract painting if required as individual services.
