Small Fabrications

While we are generally considered ourselves a heavy steel fabricator we regularly take on smaller and lighter projects. Whether it’s part of a larger project or just a one off, rest assured that we take as much care and pride in these small steel fabrications as we do in our larger ones. We know this area of the market can be fiercely competitive and can offer you a high quality service at a competitive price. For the thinner gauge steel we work closely with a local laser cutting and precision bending company to ensure a neat and accurate finished fabrication.

We can provide a thermal stress relieving, machining and turning, shot blasting and painting service to deliver to you a finished machined fabrication no matter how small.

Small Machined Fabrication for Offshore

For the more critical items we have coded welders and welding procedures in place to cover us right down to a steel thickness of 3 millimetres and have a good supply chain of impacted tested 3.1 and 3.2 certified steels. All jobs can be supplied with comprehensive documentation packs if needed, these doc packs are fully tailored to suit you requirements.

Contact our friendly staff to find out what we can do for you. Our skilled quoting team are experts in turning around competitive quotes in a short time frame and are happy to quote even the smallest items.
